Thank you for subscribing to GIMS. We appreciate your business. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of GIMS.

Digital Services

We issue refunds for our digital subscription services only under the following conditions:

  • Non-delivery of the service: In case you have paid for a subscription but are unable to access the premium features due to a technical fault from our end, please contact us within 7 days from the date of the payment.
  • Major Defects: Although our application is thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. Should you encounter any major defects that render the application unusable, please report them to our support team.

Once we have received your refund request, we will investigate the issue. If your claim is justified, we will process the refund. The refund will be credited through the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.

No Refund Conditions

We do not issue refunds for our digital services under the following conditions:

  • You have changed your mind about the subscription.
  • You subscribed by mistake.
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the application.
  • You are not satisfied with the service after using it. We offer a free trial period to allow you to evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.
